Hydraulic Rubber Hose's mechanical parts are connected circuits, pumps, valves, filters, hoses, metal hoses and other suitable parts. The types of hoses are complex, the structures are diverse, and the conditions of use are different. Therefore, the service life of the hoses depends not only on the quality but also on the correct use and maintenance. Therefore, even if the product has extremely high quality, if it is not used and maintained properly, it will seriously affect its use quality and life. In the pressured opening project, oil spills and leaks occur in the high-pressure hoses used. You can use the following methods to respond:


1. Restructuring law

Because the Swivel Joint of each rubber hose in the hydraulic system is different, and the high-pressure or ultra-high-pressure rupture hose should not use the "sticking method", "bundling method" or "bone bonding method". Based on this, a restructuring method can be adopted: saw lower the pipe joint of the broken hose; find an alternative hose with the same pressure capacity and length as the broken hose, and saw the pipe joint; weld the angle of the pipe joint of the broken hose to the alternative hose; Good hoses can be used after cleaning.


2.The bone-bonding method

When the rubber hose rupture is large or about to break due to external force (shraps, rupture of compression) or system overload, the bone joint method can be adopted: wipe the hose rupture clean and remove the rupture; Insert the steel "bone joint" into the cut off hose and tighten the hose and the "bone joint" with a homemade steel clamp (in case of special emergency, you can replace the homemade steel clamp with 8 # iron wire); clean the connected hose ready to use.

3.Bundling method

The bundling method is suitable for emergency repair of broken rubber hoses with a pressure below 16MPa. The specific method is: coating the rupture of the hose with one of the aforementioned common glues for construction machinery; wrapping the 2-3 layers of oil-resistant rubber with a width 2-3 times the length of the rupture (each layer should be coated with glue) ); Use a 12-gauge wire to bundle the wrapped oil-resistant rubber; wait for it to solidify.


4.Open circuit method

In the hydraulic system of construction machinery, some oil circuits play a role in protecting the safety of the system. When the rubber hoses in these oil circuits are broken, the disconnection method can be adopted; the protective devices (such as "safety valves") in the oil circuits are abandoned; the oil circuits leading to the broken hoses are blocked and the oil circuits are disconnected. When adopting the open circuit method, the system load should be controlled between 85% -95% of the rated load.


5. Sticky method

When the rubber hose of the hydraulic system with a pressure between 25-8.0MPa is broken, the sticking method can be used: wipe the area around the hose breakage; apply "anaerobic" glue, "epoxy" to the hose breakage One of "resin" glue, "801" glue, or "502" glue (the length of the glue is about 2-3 times the length of the cracked part); use glue tape or canvas strip to wind the glue 4-5 Layer (each layer should be coated with glue); the two ends of the wrapped strip of canvas strips are tied into a dead knot; it can be used after it has solidified for 15-20 minutes.


6, transposition method

In the hydraulic system, the rubber hoses of the same oil circuit have the same specifications but bear different oil pressures. Most of the ruptured hoses are hoses with high oil pressure. According to this, the transposition method can be adopted: simple sticking or bundling of the broken rubber tube; the oil pipes at the oil inlet and the oil outlet can be used interchangeably.


In short, the above methods are emergency methods in an emergency situation. The high-pressure hose will inevitably lose its original performance. Therefore, it should be replaced after the opening to keep the equipment in good condition. In practical applications, it is necessary to avoid the situation of hose rupture, and to perform inspection and maintenance.
