In general, when performing twisting operations on hydraulic hoses, it should be noted that the twisting radius cannot exceed the regular twisting radius, otherwise the hose skeleton will be damaged, or it will show excessive spread, resulting in damage to the hose. When using hydraulic hoses, select the appropriate type of hydraulic hose according to the actual situation, and do not choose the wrong one. When using hydraulic hoses, pay attention to adjust the pressure of the hose slowly and evenly to prevent damage to the pipe body due to the sudden increase in pressure. It should be noted that after the hydraulic hose is used, it should be transferred off the ground during the transfer process, and do not drag the ground to avoid damage to the pipe body. After the corrosive liquid is transported by the hydraulic hose, the residue inside should be removed in time to prevent the residue from corroding the pipe body. 1. Do not distort the high-pressure hose during the first installation, otherwise the hydraulic hose will be damaged or the joint will be loose.

2. Install high-pressure rubber hoses between objects, leaving a certain space to avoid conflicts between high-pressure rubber hoses and objects during operation. If not, try to get some protection. For example, the use of high-pressure hose sheath.

3. During normal operation, the pulling of the valve stem should not be too strong, but it needs to be gentle, otherwise the high-pressure hose will burst.

4. In order to avoid damage to the high-pressure hose and restricted flow rate, the tortuous radius should be increased as much as possible.

5. When the temperature rise of the hydraulic system is too high during operation, the high-pressure oil pipe should be checked in time, and the necessary cooling method should be adopted during successive operations.

6. When the bending radius of the hydraulic hose is too small, the right angle joint is generally used to avoid the sharp bending and distortion of the hose.
