Huiya Hose manufactures and supplies Short Sweep Swivel Joints
designed for high-pressure flowline applications where compact
space and flexible directional changes are critical.
Our short-radius (Chiksanstyle) swivel elbows provide
360° rotation, forged alloy-steel durability, and
quick-connect hammer union ends for crowded rig floors,
frac skids and modular offshore units.A short sweep swivel joint
is a high-pressure swivel elbow that allows flexible directional
change in choke/kill lines, mud lines, cementing lines,
and fracturing manifolds. Compared with long-radius versions,
it occupies less space and is easier to align with high-pressure
hose ends on crowded rig floors.

Why Buy From Huiya Hose
Huiya Hose is not only a hose supplier — we assemble complete high-pressure hose assemblies with matched hammer unions, swivel joints and protective skirts as one package. That means end users get a matched pressure rating, correct union type, full material traceability, and fewer on-site leakage points. Send your size, pressure rating and end connection requirements — we will reply within 24 hours.
FAQ
Q: What is the difference between a short sweep and long sweep swivel joint?
A: Short sweep has a smaller bend radius for tight spaces on rig floors and skids; long sweep has lower flow resistance and better erosion performance for continuous high-rate service on main manifolds and long-run flowlines.
Q: Are your swivel joints available in NACE MR0175 sour service?
A: Yes. Sour-service compliant units are available on request for H₂S-containing environments, manufactured and tested to NACE MR0175 / ISO 15156.
Q: What end connections are available?
A: Fig 602, Fig 1002 and Fig 1502 hammer unions, as well as NPT and line pipe threaded ends. Male × female, female × female and male × male configurations are available across all styles.
Q: Can you supply the swivel joint already assembled with hose?
A: Yes — we deliver complete high-pressure hose assemblies with matched hammer unions, swivel joints and protective skirts as one tested unit, ensuring matching pressure rating and fewer on-site leakage points.
